The Patek Philippe reference 1450 is also given the nickname 'Top Hat' due to the construction of its case. The reference started production in 1940 and was discontinued in 1959. This example is fitted with a pink dial and nice hard enamel signature. The case is very crisp with a strong hallmark to the side of the case.
