Poetic and elegant, the present timepiece exemplifies Jacquet Droz’s immense artisanal skill in the art of decorating great timepieces by ornamenting the enamel with paillons. Tiny motifs hand-cut from gold or silver leaves. undergoing multiple firings in an oven to create an incredibly mesmerizing result.

The translucent blue grand feu enamel in the finishing of a sunburst technique perfectly highlights the floral gold paillons, with each dial being handmade by a master watchmaker. Consigned by an important collector, the watch is in excellent condition.
