Patek Philippe introduced reference 5159 in 2007 with a larger case than its predecessor reference 5059. It was first manufactured in yellow and white gold and since 2010 also available in pink gold. All pink gold 5159 received the up rated calibre 324 SQR with Patek Philippe seal.
The current example is enhanced by the presence of the retailers stamp to the dial. To our knowledge, no other 5159R has ever been offered to market with Tiffany & Co on the dial. The watch is presented with its full suite of Tiffany and Patek accessories including winding box, Certificate of origin and Tiffany & Co packaging and book.
