The movement is in working condition at the time of cataloguing. The dial is in very good overall condition. The bezel with a very minor dent at 5 o'clock. The band with very minor signs of wear and tiny pinhead dings at places. The case back is in very good overall condition with very light signs of wear. The watch with very light signs of polishing. The Patek Philippe buckle is in good overall condition with light wear.

Reference 3574 was launched in 1970 and produced until 1974, exclusively offered in stainless steel. Bearing the extra-flat calibre 23-300, it is treasured among collectors for its classic tonneau shape.
