Condition Report

Good overall condition. There is a reinforcement strip at the back of the tapestry, on the entire width. A Topstitch is visible on the upper part of the composition, on the entire width corresponding to the reinforcement band of the back.

This tapestry is the fourth one woven by Ateliers Tabard Aubusson from a design by Dom Robert in 1952 and is included in the Dom Robert Museum Archives in Sorèze. We would like to thank Mrs Sophie Guérin Gasc, director of the Dom Robert Association, for her assistance with the cataloguing of this lot.
