Overall in excellent condition. The wood surfaces throughout with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions throughout consistent with age and gentle use. The fir with some occasional irregularities and separations to the wood grain, which is typical of inland fir and most of which were filled in by the artist at the time of production, with some occasional very minor losses to the infills consistent with age. The leather surface has been replaced at some point in the history of the piece and presents with some occasional extremely light wear and faint impressions, not visually distracting and consistent with use. The antler drawer pulls are in very good condition with surface irregularities inherent to the material.
