Condition report

Executed on cream wove paper that has been hinged to a mount in two places along the upper edge of its verso. The sheet is very lightly time-stained overall. Some light surface stains to the left of the figure's head. Along the lower edge, there is a repaired loss near the lower right edge and in the lower right corner. Some surface stains to the left of these two repairs. Two one-inch long repaired losses to the left of the signature. A network of repaired losses and tears to the left of the figure's foot. A repaired loss in the lower left corner. Along the left edge, one quarter-inch long repaired tear in the upper half of the left edge. Along the upper edge, a network of repaired losses and tears near the upper left corner. Three repaired tears in the center of the upper edge, just above the figure's hair. These repaired tears measure approximately one and a half inches in length. A few other minor repaired nicks and losses along the upper edge and in the upper right corner. All of these repaired losses and tears are expertly done and do not distract from the overall clean presentation of the sheet. The work is in good condition.
