Founded in 1990, Daniel Blau gallery specializes in modern and contemporary art and, in particular works, on paper and photography. Notable gallery exhibitions have included the first German gallery show of Rothko paintings, abstract works by Dubuffet, Julian Schnabel, Chuck Close’s Polaroids and Lucian Freud.
