Minor sign of old seepage

Blueberry, blackberry and cassis in equal measure on the nose. Some vanillin from the wood (all French from this vintage on) still there which is normal for the year, where these types of tannin took on oak. Very juicy fruit which shows the great sorting and selection. Such a cassis finish. Superb for the year. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
