NATURAL PEARL AND DIAMOND PENDANT NECKLACE, CIRCA 1910 AND LATER
The pendant of negligée design, composed of a circular-cut diamond weighing approximately 2.55 carats, within an octagonal border millegrain-set with single-cut diamonds, suspended at each side from an articulated line of additional collet-set single-cut diamonds and similarly suspending a natural pearl measuring approximately 11.1 x 9.9 x 9.2mm and a natural dark grey pearl measuring approximately 11.1 x 9.9 x 8.9mm, to a later two-strand chain necklace, length approximately 440mm.

Accompanied by GCS report no. 80252-35, dated 7th February 2020, stating that the cream pearl measuring 11.1 x 9.9 x 9.2mm and a grey pearl measuring approximately 11.1 x 9.9 x 8.9mm, are natural, saltwater.
Later chain necklace stamped 750 by clasp. Central diamond measuring approximately 8.5 x 8.5 x 5.6mm, calculated to weigh approximately 2.55 carats, estimated to be approximately I colour, VS1 clarity, medium fluorescence, as graded within the limitations of the mount. Estimated remaining total diamond weight approximately 0.90 - 1.20 carats. Total length of pendant (from collet-set diamonds at top to end of lower pearl pendant) approximately 57mm. Gross weight approximately 17 grams.
