Established in 1963, Judith Lieber is the standard for impeccably crafted evening bags. As the only woman admitted in the Handbag Makers Artisan Guild in Budapest, Judith soon found herself to be a master, with her creations to be shown in world renown museums in years to come. The Judith Lieber studio, based in New York, sees the 2-year process of each bag from concept to creation where they travel to Florence for refinement and later back to New York where they are hand painted and set with Austrian crystals over a 5-day period by one artisan. The fun and eye-catching tomato clutch display the eccentricity of Judith Lieber’s passion for bringing ordinary items into the world of glamour.
