The articulated ring designed as an owl, set with brilliant-cut diamonds of brown tint, the eye with brilliant-cut near-colourless diamond highlight, size 53, signed Chopard, numbered, Swiss assay marks for gold, wooded fitted case stamped Chopard.

This unique piece was designed by Harumi Klossowska de Rola, daughter of the famous painter Balthus, in collaboration with Caroline Scheufele, Co-President and Artistic Director of Chopard for the Animal World collection. The collection was started in 2010 to commemorate the jewellery house's 150th anniversary. It depicts over 150 animals from all around the world, both wild and tame, using a combination of colourful gemstones to represent the entire animal kingdom at its best.
