Suspending a pear-shaped diamond, embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds and circular-cut rubies, surmounted by brilliant-cut diamonds, to the link chain decorated with similarly-cut diamonds.
In very good condition, mounting with a few fine line scratches only noticeable under close inspection. Signed GRAFF, numbered GP13279. Mounting stamped AU750 for 18 karat white gold. Ruby and smaller brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamond weights stated in the catalogue description approximated using measurements. Rubies are medium to medium deep red to purplish red colour and strong saturation, under 10x magnification, there are minor typical inclusions, some minor abrasions, nicks and pits but all not visible to the unaided eye. Smaller brilliant-cut and pear-shaped diamonds are about F-G colour, VVS-VS clarity, as graded in the mounting. Pendant measuring approximately 40.80 x 16.15mm. Accompanied by GIA dossier no. 5136554966, dated 27 June 2012, stating that the 0.70 carat diamond is F Colour, VS1 Clarity, with Excellent Polish and Symmetry.
