Set with a cushion-shaped Paraíba-type tourmaline, embellished with pear-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds.
In very good condition. Signs of very minor wear to the metal. Mounting stamped PT950 for platinum, 11.16ct and D1.30ct referring to the weight of the Paraíba-type tourmaline and total weight of the diamonds respectively. Diamond weight stated in the catalogue description is based on the stamped weight. Paraíba-type tourmaline is of light tone, slightly greenish blue colour and medium-light saturation, with typical inclusions. Pear-shaped diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 0.66 carat, are about F-G colour, VS clarity, as graded in the mounting. Brilliant-cut diamonds are bright and lively. Accompanied by GRS report no. GRS2019-018030, dated 4 January 2019, stating that the tourmaline is of Mozambican origin, greenish blue (GRS-type "Paraíba"-color"), enhanced by heat.
