Publisher's blue cloth gilt, photographic endpapers of Yankee Stadium; ink trials on front free endpaper, inner hinges reinforced, rebacked preserving most of original (darkened) spine, extremities rubbed.

First edition, limited issue, number 415 of 1,000 copies signed by Ruth ("'Babe' Ruth") on the limitation page. A fine example of Ruth's signature.
