CHEMIN MARÉCAGEUX

signed n. Diaz (lower left)

oil on panel

panel: 9½ by 12 in.; 24.1 by 30.5 cm

framed: 15¼ by 18 in.; 38.7 by 45.7 cm

Oil on stable panel, not examined out of the frame. The surface is in generally good condition, aside from minor frame abrasion at the center right edge. Under UV light, the surface is obscured by a thick, green fluorescing varnish, though scattered finely applied pin dots and dashes of retouching near the edges and brushier, small lines of inpainting at the center right edge are visible.

Framed in an ornate gold frame and ready to hang in its current state.
