This picture is unlined and the original canvas is providing a stable structural support. There is a fine craquelure pattern in the sky. The paint surface is a little dirty and may benefit from a light clean. UNDER ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT There is a small area of retouching above the flagpole bearing the St George's Cross on the far right of the composition. There are fine infillings to craquelure.
