Structural support has been applied along the turnover edges of the canvas.
The paint surface appears to be stable.
Inspection under ultra-violet light reveals an area of retouching in the lower right corner and some small areas in the background in the lower left, all of which have also been patched on the reverse. There is extensive retouching the woman's body. It should be noted these retouchings have been carefully applied and are not distracting to the naked eye.
Presented in a decorative gilt frame with some losses.
