the teapot painted in Kakiemon style on either side with a large floral spray and a small bird between molded borders of iron-red, green and gilt-heightened acanthus leaves around the rim and footrim, the cover with smaller sprigs beneath a similar molded border and floriform knop, affixed with a short spout and loop handle
