Overall in very good condition. When viewed firsthand, the shade displays a rich turquoise and emerald green coloration with violet peacock eyes with coral accents and a mauve and olive green lower border. The shade is executed largely in rippled glass, which imparts wonderful texture and naturalism to the shade. The shade with approximately 25 hairline cracks dispersed throughout, stable. The shade with some traces of surface soiling concentrated to the contours adjacent to the leadlines, consistent with age. The shade with a very gentle warp only visible upon close inspection, and with some evidence of resoldering along the bottom edge. The base displays a warm brown patina and presents with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions throughout consistent with age and gentle use. With period sockets. With a period finial in very good condition. A highly naturalistic and richly colored lamp.
