Condition Report

Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 5 hairline cracks throughout, stable. The shade with some surface soiling throughout, consistent with age. The “bull’s eye” roundels each with an irregular pontil mark inherent to production. The bronze surfaces with scattered minor surface scratches, abrasions, and traces of oxidation. All hanging componentry, including ceiling canopy, rod, socket cluster, sockets, and chain appear to be original and present with some scattered surface scratches and abrasions. The chains with some oxidation throughout. A beautiful, all-original unit with a strong Arts & Crafts sensibility.
