Overall in very good condition. The sculpture displays a dark patina in well-preserved condition overall. The patinated surface presents with areas of minor rubbing concentrated to the ostrich’s wings consistent with age and handling. The casting with very minor surface and casting irregularities inherent to production, and with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions consistent with age and handling. A delicate and superlative example of the sculptor's masterful practice.
