UNTITLED

signed and dated 56; signed and dated Jan. IV. 1956 on the reverse

oil on canvas

Canvas: 26½ by 40½ in. (67.3 by 102.8 cm.)

Framed: 27⅜ by 41⅜ in. (69.5 by 105 cm.)

This work is in very good condition overall. There are textural shifts due to the artist's working method and chosen media. There is scattered studio splash throughout the composition. There is a fine layer of surface soiling, consistent with the age of the work. Under ultraviolet light, there is no evidence of restoration. Please note that this work has not been examined outside of its frame. Framed without glazing.
