UNTITLED

signed and dated 1987 on the reverse

acrylic on canvas

84 by 96⅛ in. (213.4 by 244.2 cm.)

This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. There is evidence of minor wear and handling to the corners and turning edges. Under raking light and from an extreme angle, there is a minor variation to the sheen of the pigment, inherent to the artist's chosen media. There are a few minor scattered surface accretions and minor surface soiling, particularly along the perimeter. There are a few, faint surface scratches, visible upon close inspection. There are a few minor variations to the gold pigment and a small oxidized horizontal area in the second gold circle from left to right, visible upon close inspection. Under ultraviolet light inspection, there are a few minor areas surrounding the gold circular elements that fluoresce darkly but do not appear to be as a result of restoration. Unframed.
