LOUISE BOURGEOIS | ECHO I
The Ginny Williams Collection
1911 - 2010
stamped with the artist's initials, date 08 and number 3/6 on the base
bronze, paint and steel
74½ by 17 by 14 in. 189.2 by 43.2 by 35.6 cm.
Conceived in 2007 and cast in 2008, this work is number 3 from an edition of 6, plus 1 artist's proof.
This work is in very good and sound condition overall. The surface irregularities are all inherent to the artist’s intent. As to be expected with a work of this construction, a light dust has settled in the crevices.
