Condition Report

This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of wear and handling to the edges and throughout the sheet, including soft creases throughout the sheet. There is a slight undulation to sheet, inherent to the artist’s chosen medium and working method. Along the left and right edges there are scattered minor nicks and tears. There are artist’s pinholes in the corners and at the center of the lower edge. There is a horizontal crease running across the sheet through the figure’s neck. Along the lower edge, there is a tiny triangular loss to the sheet with an associated tear and a few associated nicks. The lower edge has been reinforced with a thin ½ inch wide strip of paper secured on the verso. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat intermittently along the edges. The colors are bright and fresh. Framed under Plexiglas.
