The authenticity of the present work has been confirmed by Pierre Vasarely, President of the Fondation Vasarely, universal legatee and the moral right holder of Victor Vasarely. This work will be included in the forthcoming Catalogue Raisonné de l’Oeuvre Peint de Victor Vasarely, which is currently being compiled by the Fondation Vasarely, Aix-en-Provence.
This work is in very good condition overall. There is faint surface dust throughout. There are two pinpoint indentations to the surface along the upper edge and in the upper right quadrant with associated minor pigment loss, visible upon very close inspection. There is a minute area of possible restoration in the lower right corner, visible upon close inspection. Framed under glass.
