Second state of the first edition (as per Cohen), with numerals present on page 78. — The Unrelenting Struggle: Original blue cloth, original third-printing dust jacket; fore-edges lightly foxed, minor chips and loss to lower right corner of upper panel and head of spine panel, loss of approximately one-inch to rear jacket panel, some creasing.
