Description
A FRAGMENTARY EGYPTIAN MAGNESITE MARBLE FIGURE OF A ISIS, 26TH/30TH DYNASTY, 664-342 B.C.
seated on a fragmentary throne with forearms resting on the legs, the sides and back of the throne finely decorated, a frieze of ankhs flanked by was-scepters on the , the reverse with two incised registers, the upper depicting a ka falcon wearing a sun disc, the lower depicting the Nile gods of the North and the South pulling ropes around the symbol of unification.
