the slightly curved blade etched at the forte with foliate scrolls, initials of Nicholas II on one side and ‘осман’ (Osman), the zoomorphic silver and niello hilt decorated with chased interlacing leaves, broad cross guard, the leather scabbard with a silver chape and silver mounts
