The work is lined with wax. There is surface cracking throughout. The work retains a Y-shaped break in the canvas extending through the left side of the composition, as well as a few additional small breaks in the outer margins which have been repaired accordingly. Under UV: inpaint to address the above restorations as well as small spots and fine lines throughout. The work retains an uneven varnish.

Acquired by the present owner at the above sale
