the curved shaft terminating in a horned dragon head, painted in rich puce enamels with stylised lotus blooms borne on foliate scrolls, the concave underside set with a circular knop

The belthook is in good overall condition with just expected light enamel wear to the extremities, including the snout and horns of the dragon.
