Adams made this print, along with that in Lot 108, for a 1938 article published in Zeiss, a magazine devoted to photography created with Zeiss Ikon cameras. Adams' article is filled with technical information, including that these photographs were taken with a Zeiss Juwell fitted with a 22cm Protar lens.
