nickeled brass, frosted glass
impressed with the artist's mark
9 3/4 in. (24.7 cm) high each
7 7/8 in. (20 cm) diameter
Overall in very good condition. The nickeled brass surfaces present with fine surface scratches throughout consistent with gentle use. The edges with minute indentations, not visible unless closely inspected. The nickeled surfaces with some occasional and very minor areas of discoloration concentrated to the outer edges of each lamp. The frosted shades are in very good and stable condition overall. The glass surfaces present with minimal and faint surface scratches and small indentations to the glass concentrated to the rim of one shade. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician. The lamps present very elegantly in person with a strong modernist sensibility.
