The following condition report was kindly provided by Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.:


This work on artist board is in excellent condition. The board is flat. The paint layer has been

cleaned and varnished. There are remnants of old varnish in the darker colors of the buildings.

There is one retouch above the church tower in the upper center. The only other retouches

visible under ultraviolet light occur around the extreme edges and address frame abrasion. The

work should be hung as is.
