of campana form pierced around the shoulder and painted with swags of yellow and pink roses, affixed on either side with a short upright scroll handle, signed G. Owen. in yellow, E.Phillips below a handle, shape number 1482, printed puce factory marks.

In overall good appearance. The band of jeweling at the shoulder fluoresces under UV light which suggests possible restoration.
