shape 437, decorated by Alboin Birks, incised ABirks, signed, reserved with chocolate brown-ground rectangular panels decorated in white slip, one with a cherub begging, the other with a cherub being brushed away, within raised gilded borders and bands, affixed on either side with a gilt ring handle, crowned globe Mintons mark in gold, one with impressed MINTONS mark, incised numeral 487 or 437.
