VERY FINE AND RARE QUEEN ANNE FIGURED WALNUT-VENEERED FLAT-TOP HIGH CHEST OF DRAWERS, MASSACHUSETTS, CIRCA 1740


finely figured crotch walnut drawer fronts with crossbanded borders, the apron has a central arch with cyma shaped sides flanked by pointed arches on either side and retains the original beaded border held by rose headed nails, pointed cabriole legs ending in platformed pad feet, retains a superb apparently original patina of great depth and mellowness.
