Condition Report

Please note that Sotheby's has obtained a license from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and is authorized to sell this item containing ivory.

In very fine overall condition with no apparent signs of inpainting. Negligible loss to the black dot decoration of the sitter's dress along the center bottom edge. There is an old 1.25" vertical crack from the bottom of the image, though not very visible.
