Arabic manuscript on cream and light green paper, 162 leaves plus 2 fly-leaves, 21 lines to the page, written in naskh in black ink, ruled in black and gold, verses separated by gold and polychrome pointed roundels, surah headings in white riqa against a blue ground within cartouches, gold and polychrome or red verse markers in the margins, f.1b and f.2a with an illuminated frontispiece, in brown gilt and stamped binding, with flap


text panel: 11.5 by 6.4cm.

leaf: 15.4 by 9.5cm.

The margins are clean, minor stains and rubbing, some losses to the illuminations, as viewed.
