Arabic manuscript on cream and light green paper, 162 leaves plus 2 fly-leaves, 21 lines to the page, written in naskh in black ink, ruled in black and gold, verses separated by gold and polychrome pointed roundels, surah headings in white riqa against a blue ground within cartouches, gold and polychrome or red verse markers in the margins, f.1b and f.2a with an illuminated frontispiece, in brown gilt and stamped binding, with flap
