FIRST EDITION of this manual on artillery and fireworks by Kazimierz Siemienowicz (1600-1651), the Lithuanian-born Lieutenant-General of Ordnance to King Wladyslaw IV of Poland. Only the first part was published though the German edition of 1676 added a further part (see lot 416).
