This chalice, according to the inscription engraved on the reverse of its base "belongs to the chapel of Our Lady of the prosecutor of Vovadilla, year 1622" (it should be read Bobadilla, because the "v" are pronounced like "b" ).
This chalice whose arms are not stamped, is to understand as a communal coat of arms. He uses the weapons of the family of the place, Bobadilla, and those we would say today of the province, or higher authorities, national and regional.
Ce calice, selon l’inscription gravée au revers de son socle « appartient à la chapelle de Notre-Dame du procureur de Vovadilla, l’année 1622 » (il faut lire Bobadilla, car les « v » se prononcent comme des « b »).
