diameter 13¼ in.

The arms are those of White, Earl of Bantry, for Richard, first Earl, born 1767, created Baron Bantry for his exertions in repelling the French invasion at Bantry Bay in 1797, raised in 1800 to Viscount and later in 1816 to Viscount Berehaven and Earl of Bantry. He married in 1794, Margaret Anne, first daughter of William Hare, first Earl of Listowel. Richard died in 1851. The engraving shows an earl's coronet, so this display probably dates from about 1816 to acknowledge his new honors.
