Condition Report

Refreshment to gilt and painted surfaces, with some scattered flaking and losses. Restored age splits and shrinkage at joints, but overall chairs are sturdy. One with old repairs to crest rail, which has now become loose and could benefit from attention. Two with old repairs to back legs, and one with crest rail replaced. Upholstery in generally good condition, one or two seats may need refreshing.
