painted with four panels of butterflies and large flowers within molded foliate scroll borders edged in gilding, upon scroll feet and fixed stands, printed Ed HONORÉ/ A PARIS marks in red

Condition Report

The example in the left of the catalogue illustration, with minor flaking to enamels.  

The example in the right of the illustration, the foot section has been restored and over-painted, three of the corners have a crack which probably extend from the bolts at the scroll feet. Some flaking to enamels of the pink roses. Each with some scratching to the interior consistent with use, and some rubbing to the gilding on molded borders and wear to gilding on rims.
