of slender baluster form, painted with large sprays of mixed flowers hanging from vine garlands above a blue enamel lambrequin band at the base, the shoulder affixed with two gilt-bronze foliate scroll handles, with blue enamel and gilded formal borders at the rims, stenciled R.F. / S. 48. mark within a circle to interior of neck, mounted on a gilt-bronze and marble square foot
