Left half with similarly centered normal 2c (135) with grill points visible at right tied together by blue target cancels with indistinct DEC 12 datestamp on cover to Wheeling W.Va., cover with light staining and edgewear, fine appearance, with P.S.E. certificate (2005) which declines to opine as to whether the bisect is Scott 135b or 146b.
