with a carved wood handle, gilt-heightened decoration and painted with religious figures, the trefoil stand stamped V.H. Engelst [?] and with hallmarks

both pieces together: 40cm. high; 1ft. 3¾in.

Condition Report

Decorative. Much wear to the painted decoration and losses to this surface revealing base metal. Dents and tear to balusuter form body edge. One bun foot of the urn replaced with well matched wooden example.
