Vintage NASA “Red Number” chromogenic color photograph, 10 by 8 inches, “A Kodak Paper” watermark, press captions printed in purple to verso. NASA image ID “NASA AS14-66-9325” printed in upper left margin in red; minor toning, two small pieces of tape to upper margin.


The present photograph captures the third United States flag to be deployed on the moon, footprints left by Alan Shepard and Ed Mitchell, wheel tracks, and the "Rickshaw" portable workbench. The image was taken from inside LM Antares after a busy day that included a full EVA.
