the center painted with flowering branches issuing from a globular vase, the cavetto decorated with a blue border reserved with three cartouches painted with flowers on a gold ground, the scalloped rim painted with peonies and foliate scrolls and reserved with three ruyi-head shaped panels painted with further flowering plants, both with incised Japanese Palace inventory number N:135+.
Diameter: 9¾ in.
Both in overall good condition with minor wear to the surface and minor firing imperfections.
